ACAN – 4. Annual Conference for Applied Neurofeedback
Conference goals
We are proud to have the opportunity to organize the international 4th Annual Conference for Applied Neurofeedback (ACAN) in Croatia. The ACAN conference brings together the world's leading experts in neurofeedback, where participants have the opportunity to hear the latest scientific discoveries, but also experiences from the daily practice of numerous clinicians around the world. Since its founding, ACAN has been the go-to place for neurofeedback therapists to encourage interdisciplinary collaboration, share valuable ideas, and spread enthusiasm for contributing to the neurofeedback community. Invited scientists will present you the results of the latest research in the field, while the world's leading lecturers of ILF neurofeedback will introduce you to their own practice and advances in the clinical approach.
The language of the conference is English.

Venue
ACAN 2026 will take place at the Amadria Conference Park in Opatija.
Opatija is a beautiful coastal town on the Adriatic Sea and it is a popular congress destination for experts from all over the world. The city has a rich history and culture and it is an oasis of many beautiful locations, monuments and idyllic villas.
The Congress Center in Opatija is an ideal meeting place for neurofeedback professionals and academics, where they can socialize in a pleasant environment and be inspired by the beautiful nature. Whether you want to take a walk along the famous coastal promenade, visit one of the historic colorful parks, enjoy a large selection of beaches or relax in the rich offer of coffee shops and bars, you will find everything in the vicinity of the conference center.
Accommodation
Conference participants will be accommodated in the beautiful Amadria Park Hotel Agava near the congress center. Hotel Agava is a charming hotel located in a villa from the 19th century in the center of Opatija. Elegantly decorated rooms are reserved with breakfast served in the hotel restaurant for the conference participants. You will have a pleasant two-minute walk to the congress center.
A limited number of rooms are reserved at discounted prices. In order to receive this special conference discount, please book your rooms via the link below by 30th of November, 2025.
After that period, you can book the room directly with the hotel, but at a different price.
Registration, price and discounts
To participate in the conference, it is necessary to fill out the digital form on this web page, after which you will receive an offer to pay the registration fee from the organizer.
Registration fee is EUR 680.00.
The registration fee includes:
• Participation in lectures
• Conference materials
• Lunch for both days
• Coffee breaks
• Conference dinner on Friday, June 5, 2026
Accommodation is not included in the registration fee.

Send us your abstract!
If you want to share your knowledge and experience with others, we invite you to actively participate in the conference! Send us your proposal on how you would like to present your work in the field of neurofeedback. It can be a lecture, a presentation of research or a case study.
For active participation in the conference, you are entitled to a 20% discount on the registration fee.
We look forward to the participation of as many experts as possible!
In order to encourage as many people as possible to participate, we are preparing separate language groups for the second day. At the moment we hope to have rooms in English and Croatian, but it all depends on your support.
Send us your abstract in the language in which you wish to present. Please also indicate whether you can give your presentation in English in case the Croatian group cannot be formed.
The international commission will select the abstracts for presentations according to their criteria, the format and form of the presentation, the language and the theme.
